Brandon’s practice includes business consulting and litigating business disputes, real estate disputes, and consumer protection matters. His practice also focuses on counseling business start-ups, a focus in which he has valuable first-hand experience. Brandon prides himself on accessibility and delivering practical results to his clients.

Prior to Second Row, Brandon practiced consumer protection and bad-faith litigation at a local litigation firm where he successfully represented numerous small businesses and individuals. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, he earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the Birmingham Bar Association.

Brandon was recently honored as one of Birmingham Magazine's Top Attorneys 2017. He is passionate about Birmingham’s downtown revitalization and tries to support every sincere effort to further its growth. Brandon currently serves on REV Birmingham's Young Pioneers Committee and KultureCity's Leadership Council.





Michael is an experienced attorney who is dedicated to developing long-lasting and meaningful relationships with his clients. His practice is devoted to helping clients in both small business and entertainment law matters. Michael assists his small business clients with business formations and general counseling. He also prepares, analyzes, and negotiates contracts for his clients and assists his creative arts clients with filing and enforcement of their copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. 

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Appalachian State University where he played safety for the football team. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Brock School of Business at Samford University.  Prior to Second Row, Michael gained considerable experience working as a trial attorney.

Michael is very active in the Birmingham community. He is a member of Mountain Brook Community Church, a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham, and serves on the Cornerstone Schools of Alabama Junior Board. During his free time you can often find him at any of the excellent music venues around town.




Ben has broad experience in representing individuals and businesses in every facet of business law. He counsels start-ups and existing businesses on formation, strategy, management and dissolution. Ben’s practice also includes litigating business disputes, contract disputes and real estate disputes. 

Ben received his Masters of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.

Ben is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and currently resides in Vestavia Hills with his wife, Mallory, and their two dogs, Danner and Scout.
